Returns and Refund Policy

HDT Special Vehicles makes unique high quality products. Our experience is that our customers are rarely dissatisfied with our products and return them. However, should this not be your experience we are happy to consider your request to return your purchase.

A request for a return is available within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:
* Are invoiced goods greater than $10.00
* Have the original invoice attached in your name
* Are in their original packaging
* Have original manufacturer information
* Are not used, installed, disassembled or modified
* Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
* Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
* Are not custom made or specifically ordered in

To request a return please email us with your reason for wishing to return the product(s) at hdt@championsgroup.com.au along with images of your products you wish to return for warranty. Our customer service will then consider and reply to your request.

If your request is approved, goods can be returned to HDT (at the purchaser’s expense – except for warranty items).
HDT will conduct an inspection of the return, and verify that your return meets the above guidelines and issue either a refund for the product(s). The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
