Shipping Policy

We ship to the address you provide to us and we accept no responsibility for delays with our courier services once the item/s leave our warehouse if those shipping details are incorrect.

Please review your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately should there be an issue.

If goods are returned to us due to a postal address error or non-collection of goods, we may require you to pay a second delivery fee. A signature is required at the time of delivery, subject to the courier’s policy.

Subject to payment, property and risk of the goods passes to you as a customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address. Anyone at the nominated address who received the goods shall be presumed by us to have authorisation to receive the shipment.

If goods are damaged in transit (or not received) please call us on 1300 79 84 05 or email us at and we can further advise the next course of action. We will require photographic evidence of damaged items and the box the goods arrived in.

Please do not throw out any packaging or boxes prior to contacting us.


Where we are waiting on stock to arrive in a multiple-item-order we will hold dispatch until all items are available.

Due to the current demands for all fibreglass items, we recommend contacting our office on 1300 79 84 05 or via email to confirm approximate backorder length prior to ordering.

Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks but some kits could have up to 12-week delays from date of order.


Packages will be sent with Australia Post, where the boxed dimensions are under 1m.

All other items, including but not limited to fibreglass kits and rims will be sent via TNT Road Express.

Your tracking for these couriers will be updated and will be sent via email.


Your goods will be sent with a packing slip only.

Your tax invoice will be attached will be attached to your confirmation email. Please retain a copy of your invoice as your proof of purchase.
